FOR HANDS
Apply stress-fix™ body cream to your hands, put your hands under your nose and take a deep breath. Hang your hands down and rotate your wrists in both directions several times. Massage your right palm with the thumb of your left hand with strong and circular movements. Repeat for your left palm. Turn your hands and massage the top of your right hand with the thumb of your left hand, from the joints to the wrists. Finish by gently squeezing each finger. Do the same for your other hand.
FOR THE BODY
After bathing, apply stress-fix™ body cream to your hands; Put your hands under your nose and take a deep breath. Massage the back, shoulders and elbow-wrist area using back-and-forth and circular Ayurvedic techniques. Apply to the abdomen with clockwise circular movements.
